The busy, bustling city slowed down to appreciate quality art and community for the official showing of the newly completed Midway Murals.

On August 29, the Midway Murals project wrapped up the summer with an art festival. Community members and other interested neighbors were invited to tour the neighborhood, take in the new murals and pop into local businesses for refreshmants.

The new murals include Birth of New Day by Yaya Negishi, Braided by Greta McClain, Berbere by Lori Greene and Convergence by BLASTER.
