Volleyball Courts
Etch-a-Sketch Evidence
A report was made about three suspicious individuals drawing inappropriate images in the sand at the volleyball courts by the residence halls. When officers arrived on scene there were only footprints in the sand and no one was in the area.

Mulkern Courts
No questions asked
During a patrol of campus an officer found three individuals inside the Mulkern Courts, which had been secured earlier. The individuals were escorted out of the courts.

Drew Lot
Parking contact sport
A student reported a vehicle in the Drew Lot B appeared to have hit another vehicle. Officers located the vehicle, and as it was not registered, it was booted and Saint Paul Police were contacted to assist in identifying the owner. Contact was eventually made with the owners of both vehicles. A report was taken.

Englewood Lot
You’re not a member
A staff member reported a vehicle parked in a reserved parking spot in the Englewood Lot I. The vehicle was not registered and had no previous tickets. A ticket was issued.

Klas Center
Bad things happen in there
An elevator emergency call came in with a custodial staff member stuck inside the elevator at the Klas Center. An officer reset the elevator, and the staff member left the elevator safely.

Crime Prevention Tips:

Report any suspicious individuals to the Office of Safety & Security immediately at 651-523-2100. The office is open 24 hours.

Make sure your personal possessions such as wallets and cellphones are secured while using public transportation.

Always be aware of your surroundings and limit distractions.
